25. Tailor-Made and Made-to-Measure Garments

All tailor-made and made-to-measure garments are created exclusively upon confirmed order and according to the client’s specifications.

Such garments are strictly final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.

26. Eligibility for Returns (Non-Custom Items Only)

Where returns are permitted, requests must be submitted within the return period specified at the time of purchase (5 days from delivery)

To qualify for return, items must:

• Be unworn and unused

• Be in original condition

• Have all original tags attached

• Be returned in original packaging

• Include all materials, documentation, dust bags, and accessories originally provided by the House

The House reserves the right to refuse any return that does not fully comply with these conditions.

27. Return Authorisation

All returns require prior written authorization from the House.
Unauthorized returns may be declined and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
