12. Production & Shipping Time

Made-to-measure and tailor-made garments require a production period of 6–8 weeks from the date the order is confirmed.

Ready-to-wear items (if applicable) will be shipped within the timeframe specified at checkout.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

13. Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local charges. These fees are the responsibility of the client and are not included in the purchase price.

14. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability and approval. Tailor-made garments are not eligible for exchange.

15. International Returns

International returns must comply with our Returns and Refund Policy and are subject to shipping and customs regulations.

16. Sizing

For made-to-measure garments, measurements taken during an official appointment conducted by the House will be considered final. If a client chooses to submit measurements independently and not through an appointment arranged by the House, the client assumes full responsibility for their accuracy. The House shall not be liable for any inaccuracies, fit issues, or alterations required as a result of measurements provided by the client.

17. Product Care

All garments require proper handling and professional care as instructed on the garment label. Failure to follow care instructions may void any applicable warranty.

18. Colours

We make every effort to display product colours accurately. However, variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.

19. Variation in Product

Due to artisanal production and limited editions, minor variations in detailing, embellishment placement, and finishing may occur. Such variations are inherent to craftsmanship and do not constitute defects.

20. Warranty

The House warrants that products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or alterations made by third parties.

21. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the House from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the website.

22. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.

23. Disputes

Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
